借鉴收获

经营过程物流经营方式包括连锁物流经营方式和代理物流经营方式。连锁物流经营方式就是为了更好的发挥物流服务的优势,采取连锁形式开展物流经营活动的基本方式。它需要注意连锁经营的地域范围,经营实力,服务水平以及连锁经营的规模效益等。代理物流经营方式就是为各种新兴商务活动提供代理而开展的物流经营方式。它一般应注意根据实际情况合理决定物流经营项目和市场范围,同时注意选择合理的代理方式和兼顾委托方的利益。

实习感想

分析

优势:企业在自行生产经营的基础上长期从事物流服务业务,拥有一支物流管理及实际操作经验丰富的专业队伍,能为客户提供各项物流服务;库类型齐全;作业场地宽敞。

劣势:人员配置不尽合理,员工人数过于庞大,影响企业效益;信息系统未能得到充分的利用;货仓的出租形式过于单一,死板,租金较高。

机遇:中国的制造业蓬勃发展,但是运输、库存,包装加工,库存等好多环节由于成本高,利润低,而且资金回收的慢给物流业带来了前所未有的发展良机,许多的跨国厂商商品的周转必定要依托本地的物流企业。

挑战:物流企业间的竞争日趋激烈,如何优化自身的作业流程,充分利用企业已有的设备设施降低成本。

一:挣钱的辛苦

整天在公司辛辛苦苦上班,天天应对的都是同一样事物,真的好无聊啊!好辛苦啊!在那时,我才真真正正的明白,原先父母在外打工挣钱真的很不容易!

二:人际关系

在这次实践中,让我很有感触的一点就人际交往方面,大家都明白社会上人际交往十分复杂,但是具体多么复杂,我想也很难说清楚,只有经历了才能了解.才能有深刻的感受,大家为了工作走到一齐,每一个人都有自己的思想和个性,要跟他(她)们处理好关系得需要许多技巧,就看你怎样把握了.我想说的一点就是,在交际中,既然我们不能改变一些东西,那我们就学着适应它.如果还不行,那就改变一下适应它的方法。让我在这次社会实践中掌握了很多东西,最重要的就是使我在待人接物、如何处理好人际关系这方面有了很大的进步。同时在这次实践中使我深深体会到我们务必在工作中勤于动手慢慢琢磨,不断学习不断积累。遇到不懂的地方,自己先想方设法解决,实在不行能够虚心请教他人,而没有自学潜力的人迟早要被企业和社会所淘汰。

三:管理者的管理

在公司里边,有很多的管理员,他们就如我们学校里边的领导和班级里面的班干部.要想成为一名好的管理,就务必要有好的管理方法,就要以艺术性的管理方法去管理好你的员工,你的下属,你班级里的同学们!要想让他们服从你的管理.那么你对每个员工或每个同学,要用到不同的管理方法,意思就是说:在管理时,要因人而异!

四:自强自立

俗话说:"在家千日好,出门半"招"难!"意思就是说:在家里的时候,有自已的父母照顾,关心,呵护!那肯定就是日子过得无忧无虑了,但是,只要你去到外面工作的时候,不管你遇到什么困难,挫折都是靠自已一个人去解决,在这二个多月里,让我学会了自强自立!凡事都要靠自已!此刻,就算父母不在我的身边,我都能够自已独立!

五:认识来源于实践

一切认识都来源于实践。实践是认识的来源说明了亲身实践的必要性和重要性,但是并不排斥学习间接经验的必要性。实践的发展不断促进人类认识潜力的发展。实践的不断发展,不断提出新的问题,促使人们去解决这些问题。而随着这些问题的不断解决,与此同步,人的认识潜力也就不断地改善和提高!马克思主义哲学强调实践对认识的决定作用,认识对实践具有巨大的反作用。认识对实践的反作用主要表此刻认识和理论对实践具有指导作用。认识在实践的基础上产生,但是认识一经产生就具有相对独立性,能够对实践进行指导。实践,就是把我们在学校所学的理论知识,运用到客观实际中去,使自己所学的理论知识有用武之地。只学不实践,那么所学的就等零。理论就应与实践相结合。另一方面,实践可为以后找工作打基础。透过这段时间的实习,学到一些在学校里学不到的东西。因为环境的不同,接触的人与事不同,从中所学的东西自然就不一样了。要学会从实践中学习,从学习中实践。我们不只要学好学校里所学到的知识,还要不断从生活中,实践中学其他知识,不断地从各方面武装自已,才能在竞争中突出自已,表现自已。

六:专业的重要性

选取了会计为专业的我,在这次实践中自然比较关注这一环。虽然在实践中只是负责比较简单的部分,但能把自己在学校学到的知识真正运用出来也使我颇感兴奋!在学校上课时都是老师在教授,学生听讲,理论部分占主体,而我自己对专业知识也能掌握,本以为到了企业实践就应能够应付得来,但是在企业里并没想象中如此容易。平时在学校,数字错了改一改就能够交上去了,但在工厂里,数字绝对不能够出错,因为质量是企业的第一生命,质量不行,企业的生产就会跟不上,而效率也会随之降低,企业就会在竞争的浪潮中失败,所谓“逆水行舟,不进则退”,企业要时时持续着这种竞争状态,才能在市场中立于不败之地,就因为这样,企业会对每一个在厂的员工严格要求,每一个环节都不能出错,这种要求在学校的课堂上是学不到的,在学校里可能会解一道题,算出一个程式就行了,但那里更需要的是与实际相结合,只有理论,没有实际操作,只是在纸上谈兵,是不可能在这个社会上立足的,所以必须要个性留意谨慎,而且一旦出错并不是像在学校里一样老师打个红叉,然后改过来就行了,在工厂里出错是要负上职责的,这关乎工厂的利益损失。

2021年根据集团及各子公司的项目总体规划,截止12月份,在公司有关人员共同努力下,公司共完成了新产品9个,技术改造项目1个,成功申报专利9线获得授权24项,通过了县级专利示范企业、市级技术研发中心和省创新试点企业的申报和市级专利示范企业、省著名商标、省名牌产品、市级企业技术中心的复审,并获得县级科技进步二等奖1项、市级百强科技企业等荣誉,同时为进一步提高产品质量,各子公司积极开展产品的研发和生产工艺的优化。较好的完成了公司的技术改造、科研项目以及内部生产需要的开发任务,与往年相比有了较大的进步,取得了可喜的成绩。为了更好的做好2015年的工作,现归纳总结如下:

一、技改项目:

2、鹰潭xx公司今年以来已经完成了绝大部分主体设备的安装调试,并对部分设备进行了改造。编制了各岗位的岗位职责、操作规程、原材料、中间体、元素、产品的分析操作规程,并对各岗位人员进行了上岗、安全培训。配臵了实验室必备的各种仪器。

在工艺上对湿法和火法的各个工序的调试,经过多次反复论证和调研,用A沉锌和锌A用于闪蒸干燥系统的工艺路线及原料次氧化锌含氯高、洗涤后原料含氯偏高、洗水含氯高选用活性炭处理的方法无法达到预期的纳米级及高纯度的要求;提出了原料在进入浸出工序前含氯低于的前提下,改用片碱工艺一次性回收氯化钠和硫酸钠,增加钠盐回收装臵。目前钠盐回收设备正在与供应商洽谈。

3、8万台工业机器人及关键零部件产业化项目,自立项以来,由于土地迟迟未得到落实,致使该项目一再推迟启动。目前该项目土地已基本得到落实,厂房图纸已进入设计阶段。

二、科研项目

1、子公司新产品研发项目由技术部承担,今年以来先后完成了汽车用滤清器新产品9个,其中6个为 *** 部门立项新产品(经信局2个,科技局4个),分别于12月份通过了省级新产品鉴定,预计可获得 *** 12万元补助。自主立项3个新产品研发也已完成研发,各项性能均达到了预定目标。同时,“UC-5899多功能复合柴油过滤器”获得了2021年县级科技进步二等奖。

为了技术储备,子公司专门组织了研发团队,对11个新产品进行了研发,范围覆盖汽车、环境、香烟、设备的过滤、分离产品,其中PA端盖07系列机油滤清器、螺杆式空压机油气分离器油分芯、CNG低压滤清器总成、曲轴箱油气分

同时,技术部制作了常规样品数量约500种,开发主机厂新产品10多种,其中杭发的船用滤清器总成(机滤和柴滤),填补了子公司产品类型的一项空白。并对扬柴VM项目的作为重点项目进行跟踪和验证,项目整体进展顺利。

2、以集团名义上报的“装配用关节机器人”为2013年县级重大科技项目,该项目自2012年市科技局立项以来由于技术力量缺乏,研发工作一直停滞不前,今年公司机器人自动化事业部组建以后,重新启动了该项目的研发,并上报县科技局要求延迟完成时间。目前已完成四轴机器人部分图纸的设计,预计2015年9月份可以全部完成。

3、子公司于2021年9月份上报了2015年县级重大科技项目“发动机用机油润滑模块系统”,项目预计投入总经费200万元,预计经济效益可达1500万元,创税利270万元,目前该项目已经通过科技局专家评审并公示,2015年2月前将到公司实地考察后正式确定立项,如立项得到批准,市科技局将有20到50万元的财政补助。

4、子公司还向 *** 有关部门申报省级企业技术中心、县级专利示范企业、市级企业技术研究开发中心、省级创新型试点企业、市级高技能人才创新工作室、市级三名培育示范企业。其中县级专利示范企业、市级高技能人才创新工作室已获批,省级创新型试点企业已通过省科技厅专家评审,经做工作后预计可以获得通过。省级企业技术中心应咨询中介指导不力,对评审专家不了解,导致现场答辩失利而未获得通过。

同时,市级企业技术中心2021年获得优秀评价。市级总共150家,其中优秀27家,县级2家企业获得优秀,子公司为其中之一。并成功申报了市级企业技术研发中心。

5、环境科技公司致力于除污剂的升级换代。对T30用国产原料替代进口原料进行了反复试验,性能与进口原料基本一致,轮胎护理光亮剂、标榜腊护理剂试验开发,试验效果和美国样品基本一致;清洁剂产品项目研发于9月份开始,到目前为止功能和颜色基本达到意达利“公鸡头”样品的效果。该产品的香型和稳定性正在试验开发中。

但是“T30”产品替代磷化液试验开发,用不同浓度,不同湿度,不同配方进行了反复试验,效果不理想;“”凝胶型试验用5种不同原材料进行了多次实验,效果不理想未达到预期效果;皮革护理剂试验开发,效果比美国的样品差,现在正在找原料改进中。

6、鹰潭xx公司3个省级重点新产品申报通过审核;对锌A工艺进行了反复论证最终否决了锌A工艺,采用一次系统的工艺条件,为此一次系统的工艺条件优化及一次系统的钠盐回收2个方案(酒精回收和直接回收)进行了实验室验证,都能达到预期效果,相比较2种工艺直接回收的原材料消耗低,设备投入少,产出的氧化锌达到了高纯氧化锌(≥)的产品要求及符合食品级硫酸钠的要求。

公司在2021年申请了9项发明专利,其中7项通过了初审和实质性审查,2021年至2022年已获得了授权24项。获得专利补助万元。

二、x年主要工作思路

为使我们的企业能在新的一年里有一个跨越式的发展,我们对新的一年的工作做如下安排:

1、要建设企业文化,提升企业形象

企业文化在一个企业中起着非常重要的作用,我们始终把企业文化的培树、建设工作,放到企业发展过程中重中之重的位置上。

(1)、对全体员工进行定位式调岗。定位式调岗公司坚持了“公开、公平、公正” 的原则,采用民主和集中相结合的方法,本着企业的效益增长和职工增长相同步的精神于近日完成了此项工作。要充分体现了“以人为本,人人体现自我价值”的理念。我相信,这必将更加激发广大员工的工作热情,为企业的发展贡献自己最大力量。

一、管理核心

我们公司管理的核心是“以人为本”,有人这样说,一个企业应是一所学校、一支军队和一个家庭,这种比喻确实有其道理,他告诉我们一个企业要拥有一个能使自己的员工能通过学习,不断提高自身素质的环境,这也许是企业人才来源的最好的途径。首先我们应该认识到,什么样的人才是企业优秀的人才?一个企业的优秀人才,应该是深知企业的文化,在思想上能有机地溶入企业的文化中成为一个整体,同时具备能创造性地、出色地完成本职工作的能力,特别是前者尤为重要。

来到公司就职,我们每个人都有一种期待:希望通过自身的奋斗来实现自我价值,同时获得合理公平的回报。这种回报不仅仅是物质上的,而且也包括精神上的。有时,绝对公平是没有的,但如果失去了基本的公平,一个团队就不可能团结,分崩瓦解只是迟早的问题。怎样让这个团队拧成一股绳,发挥出最大最好的效应,是我们迫切需思索的问题!

二、工作原则

我们在工作的过程中应该贯彻“堂堂正正为人、兢兢业业做事”的原则,而不是把它当成一种口号,而是把它切切实实地融入到具体的工作和公司的经营活动中。创新、超越、团结、务实这是公司的企业文化的一种体现,以服从组织、团队合作、责任敬业、诚实守信和自我批判等的企业价值观和文化为依据,这种文化与管理,是公司发展过程中多年经验的积累与沉淀,是公司人集体智慧的结晶。

三、企业文化

一个企业如何建立自己的企业文化,我认为没有固定的模式,我们要通过工作的实践来不断的学习,积极地注意吸纳其它企业的先进思想,结合公司的实际和自己的员工来共同建立的一种文化。如经营理念、管理理念、服务理念、风险理念、人才理念等等一系列形成企业文化的一个组成部分。

一个拥有优秀文化的企业,在今后的市场竞争中,才可能得以生存和发展,其资本才可能不断增加,而且成为真正有价值的资本,否则,再多的资本也不过是一堆废纸,因为它会在今后的市场竞争中逐渐丧失。公司的企业的文化是开放的、包容和不断发展的,所以只要我们继承这种文化,并将其发扬光大,集体团结一致共同奋斗,我们有理由相信明天会更好!

培训伊始,我们这个由新人组成的班级分成四个小组,每一个小组就是一个团队,有自己的团队名称、队徽,比如我所在的“筑煤”组,我们都是立志于祖国的煤炭事业,立志于我们武汉院的更大发展。这样的方式极大的激励了每一位组员的团队意识,在培训的日子里,每一位组员都能为团队作出自己的贡献而出谋划策。正因为如此,我们的友谊更加深厚,我们的团队凝聚力更加强大。

在听取了____院长关于企业文化的报告后,第一次对企业文化有了深刻的认识,企业文化从通俗的意义来说就是“企业风气”、“企业风格”。企业文化可以树企业形象,创企业,增强企业凝聚力、战斗力。企业文化建设包含很多内容。武汉院的核心价值观:多出精品,为顾客创造最有价值工程并提供满意的服务。在我看来,既简洁明了又高瞻远瞩。只有全院同心协力,思想认识高度统一才能实现我们的核心价值观。我们的愿景是企业成为国际的煤炭公司,员工成为受人尊重的专家和人才。如此愿景,让我充满信心,充满动力,也让我看到了前进的方向。在认识到企业文化的重要性和实用性后,我想我在以后的工作中一定会自觉学习企业文化,以企业文化来指导自己。

在看到____矿井的介绍时,心中自豪万分,世界上的井工矿、群矿选煤厂是由我们____院设计的。如此大的一个系统工程能做的如此优秀,可见我们院的实力非同一般。生产技术管理部于主任在示范矿井的设计思想与设计理念中提到设计理念创新要按照科学发展观要求,站在行业制高点上,改革煤炭工业设计理念。设计院里的工作是多专业协调的工作,只有充分协调才能设计出更合理的内容,这一点就告诉我们,在工作中要敢于沟通、善于沟通、乐于沟通。把沟通做好才能把设计做好。

管理出效益,制度是管理的手段,作为新人,我们要认真学习公司的规章制度并在工作中严格执行。人力资源部钟处长和财务部王主任分别向我们介绍了公司的人力资源制度和财务管理制度。让我们系统的了解了公司的各项规章制度,结合发下来的《员工手册》,我会继续深入学习,在实践中不断加深对制度的认识,做到按章办事。

对于这几天的培训课程,我想我只能用受益匪浅这四个字来形容了。老师们的博文广识、生动讲解、精彩案例无不在我的脑海里留下了深刻的印象,我只恨自己才疏学浅、文笔糟糕,不能够将所有的感触都通过文字显然于纸上。但是我还是尽力绞尽脑汁,以祈求能将培训完后心中所想所获能表达出来。此次精彩的培训学习主要心得有以下几个方面:

一、企业经营战略是企业及其所有企业员工的行动纲领。

一个企业的负责人按照什么准则来安排企业的日常经营活动?只能是依据企业经营战略,企业的日常经营活动必须要服从于自身的经营战略,任何人都不能随意更改企业已经决定的经营战略。由此可见,如果企业没有一个作为行动纲领的经营战略,那么就会出现企业领导人拍脑袋瓜,随意改变企业的经营活动战略的情况,从而使得企业的经营活动没有一个有效的良好约束。因此,企业只有有了一个很好的经营战略,使得所有的人都能按照经营战略安排自己的日常经营活动,才能保证企业既充满活力,又能够有序发展。正是从这个意义上讲,我们强调企业经营战略实际上是企业的行动纲领。

二、企业生产发展的每一步都需要文化的附佐、为文化所决定

企业文化就是一个企业的灵魂,一个人若没有灵魂,那么他就是一个行尸走肉,一个企业也是一样。企业文化是企业的灵魂,是推动企业发展的不竭动力。企业文化是指企业全体员工在长期的创业和发展过程中培育形成,并共同遵守的最高目标,价值标准,基本信念及行为规范。

企业文化的核心是价值观。这种价值观一旦得到组织成员的广泛认可,员工就会对企业形象产生强烈的认同感;对企业的工作产生责任感;对企业的发展产生使命感;对企业的利益产生维护感。员工便会形成一股合力,共同为企业效力。所以说,企业文化是企业发展内在动力的基础,是提升企业核心竞争力的核心。

有一点要清楚企业文化不是喊出来的,而是实打实的做出来的,喊出来的只是一个口号,喊出来没有做到反而让人觉得虚伪。企业文化是一个企业做事的方式和态度。

三、团伙为“利”,团队为“义”

团队是一群人为了长久的共同目标和理想而工作。至少他们之间的价值观不是相驳的。在共同的目标面前个体利益后退。团伙也有着共同的目标但是在个人目标和集体目标冲突时,集体目标是后退的。而且团伙时有时并无集体目标和理想,即使存在共同目标也是临时性的。笔者认为,这是团队和团伙的主要区别。当一个企业产生了共同的目标和共同理想时,这个组织机会发挥无限的潜在能量。这些能量都是每个成员发自内心的。当企业中的每个人成员都愿意发挥自己无限潜能时这个组织就会产生巨大的力量。而这种力量是集聚在一起的。难道组织中的每成员真的没有自己的想法?不是。当然,每个组织成员都有自己的想法,但是这种想法一定是建立在共同的理想和目标之下的发挥。否则成员很难融入组织,就会脱离组织。做企业就是要建设一支目标性高度一致的团队。现代企业管理过程中,掌握一定规模的企业员工或者一般企业高级员工的思想比管理员工的行为更重要。通过管理员工思想统一价值观形成团队认可的价值理念。这样会使团队产生共同的力量。

四、提高执行力是实现企业战略和经营目标的根本要求

一个企业的成功是要靠出色的执行力来作保证的。如果没有出色的执行力,那么即使企业有再好的发展战略目标、再高的经营利润率、再好的管理机制、再细的管理制度,也只能是沙盘上的宏伟蓝图、贴在墙壁上的标语,挂在口边的伟大口号,永远不会实现。

执行力源于责任心,责任心决定执行办。执行力不高有很多原因,但一切原因的深层次原因都是责任心不强;责任是一种使命,责任是一种能力,责任可以使能力发挥到极致,负责是一种素质,负责是一种美德。责任心是事业的基石,责任使人乐观向上。从日常的管理过程可以发现,责任心是激励出来的,也是管出来的;责任心是既需要内在的追求来培养,更需要外在的约束来强化;所以我们要用制度管“人”,流程管理“事”,健全制度,完善流程;

五、管理过程中逢事都问为什么,直至问题源头

工作中学会问封闭式问题,不要问开放式问题,这样才能找到问题的根源,才能解决好问题,并且能够引导到员工发现问题根源;有利于节省时间和精力,所得资料也便于统计分析。

六、有效的激励机制能起到激发人的动机

激励能力是每个管理者的基本技能,激励是随时随地的,激励是一种优良的工作和生活习惯;有效的激励能调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性等重要作用。建立有效的激励机制,不仅是企业面对市场竞争加剧环境下的中心环节之一,也是企业日常管理工作的任务之一,同时也是吸引人才、留住人才的迫切需要。

七、有效沟通可以让员工改变工作态度、激发工作热情、更具有战斗力

沟通是人与人之间桥梁,没有沟通就没有相互交流的平台;沟通还是一种技能,是一个人对本身知识能力、表达能力、行为能力的发挥。无论是企业管理者还是普通的职工,都是企业竞争力的核心要素,做好沟通工作,无疑是企业各项工作顺利进行的前提。以前认为有了“礼貌、真诚”的态度,就可以与他人进行很好交流,培训后才了解到沟通并非那么简单,有好多技巧和方法。如:工作中沟通时,先处理心情,再处理事情;用眼睛和他人沟通,有人对你说话时,眼睛要注视着他,有人发表意见时,你的身体和脸要正对着他,…

20XX年,镇工会的工作做到了突出重点,兼顾全面。重点为二个方面,一是组织建设,二是工资协商,镇工会花了较大的精力狠抓了一下,取得了预期的效果。

一、工会组织建设方面

着重做好了三个方面的工作。

1、圆满完成了村、企工会的全面换届工作。

20XX年度,全镇共有83个企业单独进行了换届选举,有16个村、中心直属工会包含391个企业进行了换届选举。全镇涉及换届的企业总数达到477个,涉及职工7488人。

上半年,10个村、镇农业服务中心也分别召开工会代表大会,选举产生了新一届工会班子。本次村级换届具有三个特点:一是程序规范,二是班子配强,三是领导重视。镇工会参加了所有的村级工会代表大会,并作讲话,各村党支部、村委领导也都参加会议并讲话,本届的工会主席按照选优配强的原则,作了全面调整,以副书记 *** 为主,个别为副经理 *** ,xxx村设了专职工会主席。10个村有8个村的主席为新当选。质量上是配强了,工作上却都是新手了。

2、选举产生了镇工会代表大会的代表。

按照《工会法》的规定,镇工会任期届满必须进行换届,镇工会向党委报告批准后,组织基层进行了宣传、部署,并结合基层换届,选举产生了出席镇工会代表大会的代表。镇工会以换届为契机,进一步宣传了工会,扩大工会影响。

3、组织了评先进、树典型活动。

二、职工 *** 方面

1、抓了工资协议签订的早落实、广覆盖。

按照工资协议一年一订的要求,我们在春节前就发动、部署,春节前后基层就开始协商签订,于3月份全面结束,有459个企业签订。时间比上年提早2个月,签订企业增加124个。

2、抓了20XX-20XX年工资协议执行情况的检查。

我镇工资协商从20XX年全面推开,逐步突现了全覆盖,镇工会组织基层工会花了三个月时间,调查了2006-20XX年工资协议执行情况的检查。根据检查汇总的436个企业分析,07年实际收入水平高于协议水平20%以上的企业有33个,高10%-20%的有40个企业,高10%以下的有357个企业,低于协议水平的有6个企业,仅占。收入水平超2万元的2个,超万元的5个,万元的28个,万元的83个,万元的222个,万元的110个。检查结果反映,工资协议执行情况较好,实际分配普遍高于协议水平,但也可看到,总体分配水平还不高,有相当部分小企业的分配水平还在市 *** 颁布的最低工资线附近,有待进一步引导提高。

三、其他工作

1、组织了职工变动情况的调查,调整了企业工会经费收取的依据。

2、组织了“关爱员工、实现双赢”活动的开展,评选出了“关爱员工优秀民营企业家”和“热爱企业优秀员工”各4名。

3、组织了区“五一”文艺会演节目,获二等奖。

4、组织了劳动保护法律、法规落实情况检查。

5、组织了参加中华全国总工会成立81周年知识竞赛答题活动。

6、进行了困难职工的慰问和劳模慰问。

7、落实了今年创建“五星级”企业和星级达标企业的创建单位,落实了学习型企业和班组的创建。对已创建“班级”企业部署了回头看。

Internship Report

I. Purpose:

First, to deepen understanding of profession, to confirm career preferences.

There are many ways to understand the career industry, for e_ample, read related articles, consult the industry, but the most direct way is personally do the job. In the process of doing, you can determine whether you like the job and your own ability to perform. If you are competent, to find a job after graduation, you can use it as the target job; on the contrary, you must find a new direction for the work.

Second, to prepare the transition from student to profession.

It is often said, the university is an ivory tower. Indeed, there are great differences between the schools and the workplace, learning and work, students and staff. Third, to enhance the competitive advantage when looking for work.

II. Content:

During this month, with my father, I have got the chance to work as an intern in Tianjin Haiping Industry and Trade Company, which really e_cited me for a long time. The company is a start-up by my father’s friend, and it belongs to a micro-firm, so it only employed ten people or less.

After an brief self-introduction with the staff of the company, my internship started. It was my first time that I worked in a real company. I felt a little nervous because I had no idea of what kind of job I would take. As an English major student, I’m sure my knowledge of English is adequate for the job. And I have basic knowledge of foreign trade .So I think I just need to apply it into practice. During this time I worked as an assistant in the office, helped to deal with the language work, such as communicating with foreigners in English and translating the files between the companies. And I also did some daily and easy work because of my lack of work e_perience.

Then my first major task was handling phone lines, including incoming and outgoing phone calls in the front desk. Initially, I thought this task would be easy, after all it was just answering phone calls, but I quickly learned how much work had to be put into these phone calls. I realized that I had to better equip myself with the knowledge about the communication, be prepared for answering questionings, and memorize all the department e_tension as we were not allowed to reference any directory when transferring calls. Fortunately, after one week, I was able to grasp all the necessary requirements and I progressed a lot. In addition, during my first task as front desk personnel, I was e_posed to other tasks, such as do some fa_ing and photocopying in company, preparing the material for the workmates, fetching newspaper or other documents for them. I had been doing that work almost a week. At the very beginning, I was so disappointed about what I was busy with. I was even so tired of them and gave it up. But when I saw the hard-working mates and some courage from my friends and leader, I moved on.

The following weeks, I switched gears and moved to the main office where I would spend the ne_t two weeks in front of a computer, conducting research into different corporations in China that produce the similar products with our company. The process was not only time consuming, but comple_ and knotty as it involved a great amount of reading and recording. I managed to produce information, and communicate with customers and send e-mails. E-mail is the most common form of communication with customers. Therefore, we can use the knowledge about English correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school. Many buyers or full-time purchasers simply judge your professionali *** by your E-mail. Many customers also liked contacting with me on MSN or Skype, and they would ask for voice communication. At first I was nervous ,and I was always thinking about how to speak English in the right words and correct grammar. However, I found that they were not e_actly strict to my English. As long as my oral English is enough to communicate and I know professional product knowledge, they can understand what I say. They are all outgoing but serious when talking about business.

Though hard and a little boring, I can be a part of the social society and enjoyed the pressure and competition from the outside world, quite different from the school yard. And also, many disadvantages and weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time. When I was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, I would try to argue with them and avoid my duty in the case. However, now, after such a long time training, I will be silent to accept what they teach me or scold me, and then self-question myself to make some changes. What I learned at school is so limited that I can hardly put into practice when faced with different complicated situations in society. So there is no doubt that I’ll read more and e_perience much to balance the book-knowledge and social life. And only in this way, can I be of importance to me, then to the country.

III. Gains:

“Study for the sake of use.” as a Chinese saying goes, I should say that there does e_ist a big gap between theories and practice. During this internship period, I have learned a lot of things that I can't get from our books:

First, it offers me an opportunity to get in touch with the things that I haven't encountered before. Many products of our company are stranger to us. Furthermore, I have broadened my horizons.

Secondly, the internship rightly provides me with a good chance to train my ability of communication and improve the spirit of teamwork. There are about ten employees in all. I didn't get acquainted with any of the other four, but in the first week, we got familiar with each other and shared information with each other. Also, when I encounter a difficult case, I'll also turn to the senior members of this department for help and they are always ready to help. Harmonious interpersonal relationship, right? Yes,a good relationship with our colleagues is priceless treasure to us as well as a strong sense of teamwork.

Thirdly, English is just a tool for communication. Therefore, as an English major student, we can't be limited to the study of the language but involve ourselves with knowledge of other areas. In the first few days, I always felt frustrated because there were so many new terms that I couldn't digest thoroughly. Although I can do very well in English reading, there are much desired for me to understand the situations provided by customers. However, practice makes perfect. With almost one-month practice, I now manage to handle the cases well. Knowledge, like the sea, is boundless; only through hard study can one reach the destination. It is completely right.

IV. Problems and Solutions :

The first one is related with the foreign trade terms. Such as ation, ordering, terms of payments, out-factory preparation and payment. They are the most complicated and difficult issues. Because my major is not business English, I did not know the jargon and the professional name of our products at the beginning. I would read some books about International Trade to learn them by myself. And sometimes, I would ask others to e_plain them for me. The best solutions will be taken down into my note book. I know it does need some time to e_perience in handling such cases.

The second, my working attitude is not good enough. At first, I did not realize the seriousness of working. But I tried to correct my thoughts and focused myself on my work. But the members there did offer great help and teach me a lot of things.

The third, being shy is always my weakness. In fact, when I am with my friend, I am talkative. But during my work there, at first, I get nervous with the strangers.

The last but not least, my oral English is not good enough and I must practice it again and again to improve it. When I was talking with the foreigners I found that sometimes it was very hard to understand what they are talking about, not because of sick listening comprehension, but their accents, which really bothered me a lot. What we learned in the class is Standard English, so it is easy for us to understand each other. There are some customers’ pronunciation I cannot understand. One time, a client called me on Skype, so I found that he spoke very fast and I just can catch "Hello!" Then I could not understand any word and I immediately told him I do not understand what he said, and then he typed while I speak. So I'll work hard to get a good command of oral English and listen to the pronunciation from different countries frequently. Thus I'll have a more fluent communication with my clients. Actually, I've been taken action right away. I try my best to make friends and chat with them from different countries. I'll work even harder.

3、严格按程序和时限对行政审批事项依法受理、审核、转报、发证、备案等,认真履行经委赋予的职责。今年1——x月已办理各项行政审批事项x8项。其中:技改项备案8件;成品油经营许可证变更、新建2件;技改项目使用进口设备免征关税和进口环节增值税确认2件;资源综合利用企业(含电厂)认定6件;招投标项目核准x件;招投标项目监督7件;处理招投标项目投诉1件,咨询8件;民用爆炸物品销售许可证年检1件。

4、加强信息报送工作。我处加强了信息报送和政策宣传工作,目前已被政务中心采用信息4条。

5、严格依法处理招投标投诉事件。今年x月28日,我们收到广西建工集团第一建筑工程有限责任公司投诉第一中标人四川建筑机械化工程公司有招标文件规定的限制投标的情形,我们依法受理,并立即开展调查,并于x月x1日根据调查事实和相关法律法规,作出了投诉的处理决定书,驳回了投诉人的投诉。在较短时间内圆满处理了投诉事件。

二、二季度的工作重点

1、二季度招投标工作进入高峰期,继续依法做好核准、现场监督、备案等工作;

2、严格按程序和时限继续对行政审批事项依法受理、审核、转报、发证、备案等。协调相关处室,做好煤炭经营资格的年检工作;

3、进一步加强企业报送资料的整理工作。

4、组织全处同志加强有关招投标法律政策等知识的培训。

在今后的工作中我窗口将一如既往,严格要求,与时俱进,为德阳市进一步改善投资环境做出贡献。

人力资源规划是使企业稳定的拥有一定质量的和必要数量的人力以实现包括个人利益在内的该组织目标而拟订的一套措施,从而求得人员需求量和人员拥有量之间在企业未来发展过程中的相互匹配。但目前公司缺少一套具体的人力资源规划方案,各个部门不能够定员定岗,常常是多个人也行,少个人也可,这样长期发展下去对公司来说不能够预测企业组织中潜在的人员过剩或人力不足,不能够充分利用现有人力资源,也不利于增强企业适应未知环境的能力。

所有的这些都是很多企业做得不够完善的,可见办公室前辈对行政后勤人事管理工作认真细致的程度,为我们这些后来的同事奠定了一定的基础,使我们能够更快熟悉工作职责与工作流程,能够更快适应公司的发展和需求。
